My CRO agent was an angel!!!! Far above the call of duty!!!!

Where do I write to give praise to a CRO agent?

I called back to change my rates and add the DC discount, since I couldn't get all of my night with annual passholder rates, the lady I talked to was really nice and told me I had a credit of $72 when I checked in. I thanked her and hung up. Then I got a call right back from her telling me she got me the passholder rates for the rest of my stay!!!! YEAH!!!!! She didn't have to find a way to make it work, I was told they were not available and I was ok with that, but she went out of her way to get that for me. What an angel!!!!!!
I want to give her praise to the management, where can I do that?

i am not sure of an address to send a letter, but i found a web site (www.whatwouldwaltdo.com). go in and take a look at it. people nominate cast members and they get the praise. it was in the disney magazine.

I sent a letter to this address to let WDW know about a fabulous CM encounter we had at EPCOT last January.

Someone at the WDW corporate offices actually CALLED ME BACK!!!! They thanked me for my kind words, assured me that a copy of my letter would go into the CMs file, and that all of her managers would be made aware.

Just be sure to give them as much info as possible. Name, location (CRO), time you spoke with them, and your ressie number, that way if you don't have her last name, they can track her down!!

As a former Customer Service Manager, I can tell you how much the positive letters are appreciated!!!!!!
