on the back of my letter, it says hotel sales tax is 11.5% except for Disney's all stars resort which is 13%.

why would one hotel be at a different tax rate?




Now to make it political,,,,,,,,,,The poor at all stars pay higher tax than the rich do at GF. the rich get a 1.5% tax cut.
 
It's because the All Stars are in a different county than the other resorts.

different county (Osceola, maybe?) means a different tax rate.
 

Yeah. It's the county. Don't jump to dumb "class envy" speculation. Pop Century is at the lower rate too.

That was my attempt to making fun of how stupid the media sounds when they make the argument against tax cuts for the rich and push for class envy.
