My Computer Wont open?

How come my Mac computer wont open the Disneyworld website? It works on everything else.. This is so confusing and my dining is tomorrow...HELP!!!!!!!

I've had that happen often recently too. You may wish to try a different browser. Chrome is working for me today but 2 days ago I could only go in using Edge.

Have you cleared cache and cookies for everything related to the Disney websites? I find that typically helps, along with a reboot. (This morning I had difficulty doing something on the Shop Disney site where it would open but I couldn't log in. But the planning page is opening for me right now with Chrome).

If clearing cache and cookies don't work, I usually can get in using Firefox or doing incognito mode.
I hope you can get resolved!

Have you cleared your cache? Rebooted?

If you've tried all these things and you must get in right now, I'd recommend calling Disney IT at 407-939-4357.

I have better luck with Safari than with Chrome, although neither seem to work well with the Disney site

I came to work to use my work computer and the site opens but the resturants wont open it says this site wont work... Guess Im screwed!!!

Call the help desk...I'm in IT so I have to say that. I also have to say turn it off and on. And I have to say try another device. Sorry not helpful.

I have a Mac and works on Firefox but on Safari when I log on I get "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time" when trying to make an ADR.

I've been having this issue with Chrome for a while now on my work computer and it loads very slowly on my phone. I just tried using Edge on the work computer and it came right up.

The website opens for me but all my plans are gone. I've tried my phone and two different browsers. Also tried to call but no matter the number I call there is a message saying all circuits are busy. Hope the sites start working properly soon.

I had to do it on my iPad but still didn’t get anything I wanted so bummed….. man how can everything be gone, I have never not got nothing I wanted before this is heart breaking. Had to totally decide on something else. SO BUMMED!

Just keep trying. Plans change all the time, so if you are determined and keep at it, you have a shot at getting a lot of them. On the plus side, you may just find a new favorite if you are going somewhere different.

If you have a work issued computer on a work network, there could be settings in place which would restrict access to internet sites. Our company had very restrictive settings to help prevent viruses, since we were a global company.
