I had all my adr's with conf#'s. We lost everything. Do you think if I call disney and give them my dates they can tell me what restaurants, times and give me the conf#'s. I also had all the tips that I got on here that took me weeks to do.

Yes, just call them... they will be able to look them all up and tell you them again! Have a great trip!

Also at your hotel they can print out all your adr's so you have them...tips you will just have to re do...not a major problem

The ADR's are linked to your phone number in most cases (reservation # otherwise). The same thing happened to us, and they were able to look all of them up by our number. No worries!

I am so sorry to hear that! That is horrible. I know how much work goes into assembling all the information for a trip. Good luck recreating it!

Lost my ADR's also but that was just a little annoyance. Also lost the FAFSA PINs for myself and DD - just when the form was due to be turned in. Had to wait 4 days to get her PIN, then because Dumbo here forgot that I needed to get mine also, had another 3 Day wait to get mine - all the while the financial aid office is calling and asking what's the delay. All because I had turned off the external drive that my daily backups were made to. Oh, happy happy, joy joy. Backup drive is now on. Well, maybe Le Cellier has opened up when I call to get my ADR's back.

I called today gave them my telephone number and the cm gave me all the info that I needed. Glad I was able to get my dining info. Now I need to start my tip list over and I will be good to go. The problem is dh gets these cheapo computers from work that his company doesn't want anymore, wonder why?. There is always some kind of bug in it which doesn't show up right away and being the researcher I am I save all kinds of tibits. Anyway we don't have a back up system and it never fails whenever I'm going somewhere and need info, the system crashes and we lose everything. Dh wants to buy a computer but I can't see spending the money, not when my 3 and 6 year old plays with it. I think I can buy some kind of external drive that I can backup all my info. Which after yesterday I am going to do. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us. The first time it happened I had baby pictures of my daughter on it. Lost everything. Oh well, learn and learn.

if you email any of that info you should have a copy in your sent items file, that's part of your internet service, not your computer. Hope you find as much as possibe!
