Really the pins aren't that great about half the time. They're becoming more of a gimmick to get people to book not special deals like in the past.

Oh I don't know, I have gotten 40% in 2006, 2007 and booked my Dec 2008 trip in jan 2008, with a 40% off code-- I think that is pretty good! The Jan was a pin code!... actually it was my only pin code that I have used (seem to get all the time) the DV codes always seem good-- for the time we go that is!

Well, I'm glad I saw this thread! I got a 20% code today (my first ever) and got all excited. Then I realized they expire at the end of this year, and we're not going until next year and started to feel guilt about a wasted code. Good to know it's nothing of value getting squandered.

Unfortunately, no. Disney will only let the person in whose name the pin is listed to book. But thank you for the kind thought.

I received a 30% off pin on Saturday. Wish I could pass it on to someone since we won't be using it.
