My chances og a pin are slim

I have signed up about 2 months ago to get emails from Universal but I never get any. None. Zero. Where do I need to sign up? What web sites? Am I missing something?

Don't give up...there is no rhyme nor reason to emails. Sometimes I get them...sometimes I don't and I live right up the road from Universal. Keep the faith.

I signed up a week ago and received a code the very next day. Was able to book RPH for three nights for $30 more than my previous two night reservation. Boy was I happy to get that e-mail!

Try going to your profile on the Universal website and make sure all your information is up to date, and then go and choose your preferences (also on the site) and put that you are considering a vacation in the near future but you are unsure of where you want to stay. This is what worked for me. I tried to choose things that would make them think that I am on the ledge about whether to stay onsite or not and that they could win me over with a pin code. some have been signed up for years and don't get a pin.


it's a hit or miss on who receives pins.

I signed up before our scheduled trip in Jan 2012( I signed up in August 2011)..I NEVER got a pin till spring this year( then I got 3 in a row)..It may not happen right away, or even in a year..It is like Disney, totally random who does and doesn't get them

I get a lot of emails from Universal but no pin!
