This guy NEVER thinks about anyone but himself. Ever.

He came to see our in-progress house and do you think he had anything GOOD to say about it? Heck no.

"I can't believe you don't have Douglas Fir on the outside. I can't believe they're going to get away with those joists. I can't believe you're not getting a tankless hot water heater..."

You know - I thought it was a pretty good house until he came along.

been there, I need to replace my 3000 sq ft of fairly new carpet with tile because he has allergies. Of course this was the first time he had been to our house in the almost 14 years weve been together.


Oh yeah and those Glade plug ins would help said allergies. We need fans in all the windows so we can bring in fresh air, even though it was 100 degrees. We still needed to it even though have AC so he punched out a screen in our bathroom. Of course he bent it so I have to replace it. And oddly my AC went outthe day after he left



Oh yeah... been there.



FWIW I bet your house is going to beautiful and just the way YOU want it. He doesnt live there he doesnt get to make the decision.

Be glad you are not married to him, you only have to listen to him when he visits.

As one of my southern relatives used to say "I wouldn't stay with him till the water ran hot". Which is pretty short time, especially if you have the tankless water heater.
