I may never start a PJ, my job is my life and what time I have left I spend on DF, family and reality tv. But these boards have helped me so much that I really want to give something back. I decided to share my entire BEO with all of you. For the most part this is the total of my wedding bill, I do have to cut the cake cost (I'm very bitter about that) and a few things from my floral BEO. So here it is. Oh yeah and the prices include tax and tip.

58 White and light pink petals in silver chiffon bags@ 3.50 each= 203.00 (for our exit)

12 Assorted cylinder vases filled with water and topped with a floating white candles to be place on bar, card table and in sitting areas =39.00

(9) 8 x 8 cube vases with blue glass stones placed at the bottom of the vase, filled with water and floating stargazer lilies on top. with 2 glass floating tealights/wax inserts in each vase. = 156.00

These are my centerpieces

We are taking these out and doing them ourselves

The cake is spectacular! But it is a lot for cake. Thats a touch call! Do you think you will keep it? Maybe get a smaller verison and some sheet cake that they will actually serve? It is such a cool cake!

your bouquet is beautiful! i bet if you took the fresh floral out of that cake it would cut the cost down siginficantly. my had hatter was 1/3 the price of your cake!

Your centerpieces are pretty much what I was looking at except I would like hydrangeas. It is good to get an idea of how much a small centerpiece is.

I'm so glad that brides have found this helpful.
After talking to Linda I found out that they are charging me for a cake that feeds 150 people, we are only having 60. They can make a cake for 70 @ 18.50 a slice that brings the cost to 1795 (includes cake handling fee). The problem is the pastry team thinks that bringing it to 3 tiers will "alter the look". I still think 1795 is way to much for that cake, It's almost as much as the mariachi trio! I don't know what I'm going to do We also decided to cross out the vintage car (I found out it has no A/C ) I think we are going to get a limo of even just a town car.

Also I was told that the Living Seas fee includes the an "event guide" for 4 hours, they will charge $20 for each hour after that.
