...to those who ran the Philly half and marathon today.

I said I'd be there to scream team and have fuel supplies. However, I strained my back at work yesterday and barely got out of bed this morning. I am still very stiff (think walking like Frankenstein ). Been lying on the floor trying to take the pressure off. Probably should've done that last night - I don't think the mattress helped.

So I'm sorry I wasn't out there for you. I was thinking about you.

Hope everyone had a good day and stayed reasonably comfortable temperature wise.

Terri, so sorry you are feeling poorly.

I hope you start feeling better soon. Don't worry about not coming out Sunday morning, just that you thought about us is very kind.

Terri - No problem. I don't think it would have been a good idea to be out in that cold with back problems.

I only hope you didn't stay home and watch that Eagles game. Thank God the Phillies gave us like a 5-year pass from sports misery.
