My AP-ALOOZA Continues (WE RENEWED!!) ~ NEW TR link posted!

Catching up! ADR plans are looking good. Can't wait to hear about V&A's - should be a special dinner!

Mmmm, Kona breakfast! Good start. Nice time in Future World and glad that Aria was being cute and having a fun time.

Regarding your DL grocery list, if it were for Izzy, I'd probably add some veggie pouches (or mixed veggie/fruit/yogurt) and some Cheerios/other munchies. Maybe some wet wipes for meal clean-up? Looks like a good list.

Aw, glad she had some great meets at the Character Spot! So fun!

Regarding lugging the carseat through the airport, I found that with ours (similar size/weight to your Scenera) we were able to put it in the gate check bag and then attach that to the stroller handle, allowing it to hang without dragging or tipping the stroller. We also just put it in the stroller if Izzy was out/in the Ergo. Both worked well.

Ha, the Test Track car - you must be referring to me. I think it's mostly used as a play car for the kids, but it has that pesky "transfer practice area" sign with a picture of a wheelchair and all. :rotfl:

Wow, that is one big Minnie plush! That's sweet that she loves her so much! Izzy is very attached to her Mickey and Minnie (they always go together - she cannot allow one to be played with unless the other is being held by Mommy or Daddy).

How nice to chat with Cast Members about Italy and get a free meal at Tutto! I like that you can see a reflection of a happy Aria in the mirror behind you in the picture at Tutto.

Wow, a free ride to MIT?! That is quite a perk, whoa.

Looks like Aria really enjoyed the Osborne Lights. What a great day!

Beautiful photos! Such a cutie and she's getting so big!

Gosh, I can't imagine being at MK with the Mine Train open and not having someone to watch the kid in order to ride it. Good thing you only have to wait a couple months, I guess. :confused3 Well, I guess it depends on pregnancy too, now that I think of it. So, hoping you can't ride it... ? :rotfl:

Yes I am SO excited about V&A's! I was on the fence about booking in the Queen Victoria room, but it was already booked when I called to reserve so that made my decision for me. Couldn't have envisioned a better opportunity to visit V&A though, with the IL's able to watch Aria (versus KNO or something) and staying at the GF!

Maybe I should add some veggie pouches. She is doing better about eating at restaurants (eating actual food) BUT it IS nice knowing that if she only eats pouches at least it is healthy. I do have a box of fruit ones (her fave) meant as a healthy/easy snack mid-day, but I will go add in a veggie one of some sort, thanks! I plan to bring some cereal with us in baggies since it is so light, and Aria is a weirdo and doesn't like cheerios anymore. Thank you for the suggestions!!

BTW The Frugo (I think it's called) sippy thermos was an AWESOME easter present, I can't wait to have it at the parks and be able to keep her milk cold, she loves drinking from it too.

We don't plan to have a gate check bag for the seat...since we don't need to check it...lol! The checked bag I have I considered bring but it is so bulky(has a hard plastic bottom w/ wheels) but I think i will just fit it onto the back of the stroller and that should work.

hahah yes it was your TR! I totally missed that sign!

Haha exactly - I am hoping that I won't even be upset about not being able to ride the mine train! Though that thought didn't work here with Disneyland - looks like I'll get to enjoy some Trader Sam's cocktails and Space/matterhorn/Splash after all... at least I have that!

Hope you all had a great Easter weekend!! We went up to Vermont to visit my parents, and my step-sister and her son (Charlie, almost 2) were out visiting from Seattle! It was the first time Aria and Charlie met, and they had a BLAST! It was so much fun. The Easter Egg hunt was really fun too. Here's a few photos! (I, ah-hem, stayed home from work Monday so that I could get them all into Lightroom and do some edits, I was too excited! haha)

Having fun on the 1st night (yes, dog bed)

Also, I am now about $800 poorer thanks to khertz's DH...LOL! I chatted with him a little bit about how he gets such AMAZING shots - namely the night & fireworks ones, which led me to another new lens that I just *had* to have before Disneyland! This Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8

I am hoping to come home with some pretty great photos (and not of JUST Aria...hehe). It comes today so I am anxious to get home and play with it.

Lastly, besides my next MJ release (May 1st) I have been working to get at least 8 sessions in MA for this AMAZING photographer - Dalton Lane Portrait Co. We hit 10 sessions so far so she is definitely coming up - she is in Georgia but said if we can get together 8-12 sessions she will come for the weekend. So that will be August 2&3rd. She does these "storybook" sessions and I have chosen Ariel and I think Secret Garden (though possibly Jungle book or Belle). Here are some pics of her work - I am SO excited!

Ok I think that's all for now! I plan to finish up the December TR later today!!

Ok I guess it's high time for some Disney updates, you are all probably tired of my life updates...

So on to the last day! Today we had no plans except WCC for breakfast and leaving for the airport by 11. Which meant...I thought at the last minute we should fit in a little more park time! Originally it was pool time actually, but it was way too chilly to do that unfortunately.

To start with we packed up the rest of the room – finally got a photo of our cute doggie towel animal –

and brought all the luggage to the bag check station, then headed for breakfast! Our server was fantastic as always, and it is kind of neat to recognize the servers as we visit each subsequent time – we saw both of our previous ones! The antics are fun here, though that early in the morning I was glad none of us wanted ketchup ; )

But first, playing while waiting for the table!

I think Andrew needs a set

Andrew had the breakfast platter and was able to share that with Aria while I had the Belgian Waffle – with maple butter and candied pacan topping – I opted to have a side of home friends instead of the offered sausage or bacon. Last time I had the banana bread French toast with bananas foster sauce (which was the reason I booked breakfast here at that time) and it was just OK, so wanted to try something else. It was delicious! Andrew enjoyed his platter and especially the eggs, and I know he had second helpings of the eggs, bacon and sausage.

Breakfast was delicious and shortly thereafter we headed over to the MK (where else?!).

Oh wait, first I took a photo of the light up teepee on the tree haha
1455835_985267234751_814853222_n.jpg

I think it was an EMH morning and we didn’t get to the park until 9:30 or so, so there was already quite the lines for most things. So we headed over to the magic carpets!
1521640_985267269681_25427542_n.jpg

Andrew sat it out but took pics
1472802_985267369481_886090343_n.jpg

I tried to use the app to make FP+ ressies while at breakfast but the app was being REALLY finicky (I’ve since gotten a new iphone, so hoping it works better on the next trip!) and the earliest I could make was a 10:45 reservation at Autopia – so we actually didn’t end up using any FP+ as we just didn’t have time. So for our last ride of the trip we headed over to the TTA! Can’t get better than that to end the trip, IMO! We all love this ride.

1513181_985267454311_93415785_n.jpg

I think I took this picture in hopeful thinking we could squeeze it in

Afterwards we needed to head to the airport. As we left the park I was excited to have AP’s in hand but my next trip wasn’t planned for nearly 9 months! Eek! (I’ve since added in Disneyland). So it was definitely sad to leave but we had such a wonderful long weekend. What we accomplished in the 4 nights was really amazing and I left feeling fulfilled with all that I wanted to do and see.

Our flight was uneventful and I dont see any photos from it..hm. I know we had really cut the time close though and were worried about the very long lines to check the car seat (I guess that is a positive about bringing the car seat on the plane - no more checked bags if we can check the rest at the hotel!! - but we made it through and were able to line up for family boarding. We had a nearly full flight but still managed to make Aria look menacing enough to keep the 3rd seat in our row free for her :rotfl: and she did great on the flight. The anticipation of Christmas being ONLY 9 days away now was very exciting as well!

Thanks everyone for reading along!! I am now just 8 days from Disneyland!! Hmmm Maybe tomorrow I'll start ..."this time in 1 week I'll be..." posts! Actually I can start that today - this time in 1 week I'll be running around like crazy bc it is the last Matilda Jane release and I don't know if I can take another day off of work! But Lynda is coming this afternoon so I can be excited either way! TTFN!

:lmao: Just think how poor I feel every time he decides he NEEDS a new lens!!!! But it ends up giving me great pictures to use in my reports, so I can't complain too much. I hope it works well for you!

Great pictures from your Easter weekend! Aria looks like she's REALLY enjoying that Peep! :rotfl:

Great last morning. Breakfast looks delicious! We weren't planning on eating there, but we might have to have breakfast on our departure day!

The TTA is a PERFECT last Disney ride!!! I just love it so much!!

I be you are getting SO EXCITED about Disneyland!!! DH thinks that should be our next big trip next year, but I feel like I will want another week long Disney World trip since it will have been 2 years since our last big trip there. Decisions, decisions!! Hope you love it!!!

always sad when a trip has to end, but riding the TTA is as good away as any to go out with a bang!

oh, and that photographer that takes those story book pictures (or, should say, creates them) is so cool - love them!

Hahhaa see at least you get it!! Andrew thought i was crazy so i just ordered it. He doesn't know yet. But I did have a little fun with it yesterday and so far love it! Can't wait to see what sort of ride pics I can take!

I tried to take advantage of all WL had to offer - Roaring Fork for BF with the bananas foster waffles was AMAZING and WCC any meal is always fun.

YES I am so excited!! You must be for WDW!! EEK!! I'm sure you'll have an amazing time. Maybe next year can be a week at WDW and long weekend at DL...:scratchin

Aww I know I am so excited! I ended up deciding on secret garden for my 2nd theme and already ordered two dresses for it...:rotfl:

The end of the trip was sad, but around Christmas no one can be too upset!

This time in just ONE week…

Friday May 2nd as of 4/24 the weather is looking like sunny and 85- PERFECT. But the forecast is going all over the place so trying not to get my hopes up (yesterday it said 60’s and rainy for the whole trip).

Our flight leaves from Boston at 7:09AM. Andrew is driving us up there and with morning traffic we will plan for it to take 1 hour to get there, so we should leave the house by 4:30AM. I plan to pack some snacks to tide us over, but hope to find a Starbucks or similar to grab a decent breakfast to bring on the plane with us. We have a 3-seat row to ourselves, and I’ve never installed a car seat in a plane before but I am going to see if I can make it rear-facing so she can’t kick the seat in front of her – worried about the recline though. We will see!

I have packed: water WOW books (coloring w/ water), a few books & lift the flap books which she enjoys, little plastic figures of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and some animals, stickers and a few other random toys, plus of course Ipad, Ipod (well, my old Iphone which is now Aria’s), my iphone, plus my kindle and on my to-do list is to make sure I have all our iCloud videos spread out on all the devices (since none of them can fit more than 4 or so) plus Mickey Mouse clubhouse and Jake and the neverland pirates episodes hehe.

The flight is about 6 hours long and non stop to LAX – I am hoping Aria will nap for a bit towards the end of the ride! We have Super Shuttle “tickets” and I hope there isn’t an hour’s wait for it to come as I have read is possible, but either way we should hopefully be at the Disneyland Hotel by 12:30 (our plane is scheduled to land at 10:28).

Disneyland-Hotel_05.jpg

Disneyland-Hotel_04.jpg

We have no afternoon plans – if our room is ready we might just go relax for a bit in it, or head to the pool, but I’d like to see if Aria can nap at her approximate 1-3 time even if it is in the stroller. If we are feeling up to it, Trader Sam’s would be a fun start to the trip
dlh0511_19.jpg

dlh0511_23.jpg

– I could munch on:
Chicken lettuce wraps - With sauteed chicken, hoisin ginger sauce and crispy lettuce cups - $9.99
And
Panko crusted chinese long beans - Served with Sriracha Aioli - $7.99
And sip
Uh Oa! - Whoever is brave enough to conjure up this concoction cursed by Uh Oa, the tiki goddess of disaster, must be forewarned: When you mess with Polynesia, the tiki gods will squeeze ya (often with a lime)!
-- Light and Dark Rums, Orange, Passion Fruit, Guava, and Grapefruit Juices, Falernum, Cinnamon, and Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice. Recommended for Two or more Guests.
OK maybe not at this time hahaha but we will have to split it at some point this trip!
Maybe…
Piranha Pool - It will take some skillful navigating to get you through this one! A mixture that's sure to attack your thirst for adventure!
-- Strawberry Vodka blended with Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Strawberry Puree, and Blue Curacao.
It sounds like the perfect afternoon if Aria will nap in the stroller and Lynda and I can sit back and veg out!

The evening will be at Downtown Disney! I bet we will do a little shopping beforehand – I am specifically looking for more t-shirts for more upcycles (OH I have a ton more I need to share haha!) Then we have reservations for Catal at 5PM.
catal1.jpg

One of the rooms is the fireplace room - if I remember I will request it. Seems like a comfy place to eat when we are all tired!
Firepleace-Room-500x375.jpg

For dinner I might get:
Chickpea Croquettes - Cucumber tzatziki, hot sauce, cilantro - $10.50
Or possibly
Piquillo peppers - Goat cheese, pine nuts, golden raisins, Pedro Ximenez pearls - $11.00
And for my main dish I am not sure, maybe they will have a vegetarian special.

I want to keep Aria up until as close to 7PM as possible to get her adjusted to PST but I think we will all be ready to go back to the room after dinner and get some good sleep.

But first...we'll watch the fireworks in the headboard!
disneyland-hotel-room.jpg

Maybe I should add some veggie pouches. She is doing better about eating at restaurants (eating actual food) BUT it IS nice knowing that if she only eats pouches at least it is healthy. I seem to find that we use the pouches more when we are on vacation. At home, she can often eat a well-balanced meal from what we're serving, but on trips we sometimes are eating pizza or burgers and lacking much nutrition. I feel better having some veggies/fruit around for those occasions.

BTW The Frugo (I think it's called) sippy thermos was an AWESOME easter present, I can't wait to have it at the parks and be able to keep her milk cold, she loves drinking from it too.
I really love the Thermos sippy! When you have it closed, it doesn't leak a bit, so I was tossing it in and out of our bag in NYC w/o a problem. Izzy really likes drinking from it too, but she tends to be messier with it than with her Zoli cup, so I try to pour it in there for her, but she sometimes insists on drinking right from it. It's also really easy to clean compared to her sippies.

We don't plan to have a gate check bag for the seat...since we don't need to check it...lol! The checked bag I have I considered bring but it is so bulky(has a hard plastic bottom w/ wheels) but I think i will just fit it onto the back of the stroller and that should work.
Good point. If you can fit the seat on the stroller, you should be good. I was just thinking how the bag helped us to attach it. But I suppose that can be done other ways.

Though that thought didn't work here with Disneyland - looks like I'll get to enjoy some Trader Sam's cocktails and Space/matterhorn/Splash after all... at least I have that!
Sorry to hear that. But enjoy the cocktails! :goodvibes

Sounds like a really nice Easter with family. And great pictures!

Did Andrew buy that boat you had posted about?

That's awesome that you are getting that photographer to come out. I'm excited to see those pictures of Aria!

On to the TR:

Oh, cool, I forgot they have that Lincoln Log table there. Fun.

Mmmmm, breakfast looks tasty!

Can't go wrong with the TTA. Good way to end the trip.

I'm glad that Aria did great on the flight!

Disneyland:

Wow, that is going to be an early morning!

Regarding the carseat rear-facing, I'm not sure that it will fit in a standard row. Give it a try, of course, but I think it might be tough. Since we were in an "Economy Comfort" row, there was plenty of room to fit it rear-facing, but also that meant there was plenty of room so that she couldn't reach the seat (not even close) while forward-facing. I hope your flight goes well!

Sounds like a nice first day in Disneyland (well, Downtown Disney)!

good luck with the long flight ... seems like you will be prepared though :thumbsup2

Look like find restaurants you are considering for that first day.

Your room looks really nice - love the headboards!

Yes so true! I have a few for our flight and added more to my Von's order. So true that I don't eat too healthy on vaca lol. I'll thoroughly enjoy trader sams now ;)

No! I have been meaning to update. He had a surveyor all lined up but a friend who is even more into boats than andrew offered to take a look at it (survey was going to be about $600). He found a TON of issues with the engine and a ton needed to be done that andrew didn't see at first. So he is still lookng.

I know I am so excited! I got two dresses for the secret garden shoot that are gorgeous and I can't wait to see how things turn out.

Yeah I was thinking the rear facing wouldn't work, bummer! Just hope she doesn't kick, I worry because she does it all the time in the car. We are working on that now lol.

good luck with the long flight ... seems like you will be prepared though :thumbsup2 Look like find restaurants you are considering for that first day. Your room looks really nice - love the headboards!

Haha thank you!! I hope it goes smoothly! Yes the room and food should be good!

Sorry for the lack of photos,I can't figure out how to do it in a timely fashion via the iPad.

This time in just one week…Saturday May 3rd! Disnelyand opens for EE at 8AM today! We will make good use of our grocery delivery by putting together a quick breakfast on the go (in the stroller for Aria!) and head out to get in line. This is my crazy game plan that is totally flexible (promise!). I’d also like to fit in a visit to Pixie Hollow. I have no intentions of waiting longer than 20 minutes for Anna/Elsa so if that wait is crazy we will skip it and wait for FP+ ressies for WDW…
8:05 Peter Pan
8:10 Dumbo
8:15 Pinocchio
8:25 Snow White
8:30 Mr. Toad
8:40 Mad Tea Party
8:50 revisit a FL ride
9:05 Storybook Land Canal Boats
9:15 Casey Jr Circus Train
9:20 grab BTMRR FP (Lynda runs over)
9:30 Buzz
9:40 Head to Space, Lynda rides and we grab rider swap; L&A ride Astro Orbiter or Autopia (also check FP Autopia times)
10:00 Go to ToonTown for opening; grab FP’s for Roger Rabbit
10:05 Mickeys House & meet mickey
10:15 Minnie’s House & meet Minnie
10:30 Ride Gadget’s Go Coaster
10:40 Chip & Dale Treehouse
10:50 Donald’s Boat (let Aria play)
11:00 Goofy’s Playhouse
11:10 Ride Roger Rabbit
11:15 It’s a small world if open
11:30 Head towards lunch at Blue Bayou – check Jungle Cruise FP’s, ride BTMRR & get Rider Swap if that FP is working

Yep all this before lunch. It’ll be interesting to see how much I actually get done. Take note: ALICE, IASW, PIRATES, Finding Nemo Subs, Indiana Jones are ALL CLOSED! YUP! Totally sucks.

Lunch is at the Blue Bayou – Pirates is closed soooo not sure how great it will be but I couldn’t miss it TOO. For lunch I may get:
Pan Seared Salmon - Cajun spiced with sweet corn risotto, citrus Mousseline and salsa verde - $33.99
or
Portabello Mushroom and Couscous Maque Choux - Marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette, then broiled and served with roasted corn and bell-pepper couscous and sauteed spinach - $29.99

But I’ll try to talk Lynda into the Monte Cristo (I don’t eat ham). The salmon actually sounds really good though. If I get the salmon I may get Aria some chicken, because she so far has ZERO interest in fish – she won’t even swallow it if I offer her some.

Next up is back to my game plan but much less crazy –
12:40 Check HM wait; ride Pooh - check Space FP times and possibly send runner to Space
1:00 Aria goes down for a nap –
We ride Splash single rider each
We ride Matterhorn Single rider
Use Space FP’s
3:00 Aria wakes up
Be at the Royal Theater for the 3:15 show
Afterwards check out Sleeping Beauty Castle Walkthrough

Possibly head back for an afternoon swim – it’ll depend on how we feel & what else we want to do

8:00 Fantasmic Dessert Party seating assignments start. I don’t mind being in the back row since we can stand, so I am not going to get in line at 6PM and wait 2 hours for the assignments. I will be putting the tripod into the stroller, in case there is a good spot to set it up, but I won’t be too upset if I just have to hold the camera for the show.
After F! we plan to stay in our seats because a few minutes later the Remember the Magic fireworks are showing. The park is open until 11PM but I envision us heading out after the fireworks with the masses.

Wow, good to have a friend that knows boats so well! Too bad it didn't work out.

Well, give rear-facing the seat a try on the plane. You never know, maybe you can get it in there. It may not be at the appropriate recline angle, but those are really for cars vs. planes (head on car crash forces vs. airplane turbulence). If she's forward-facing and kicking in the car, you can still rear-face her there too if she is within the height/weight limits for rear-facing in your seat. We're planning to keep Izzy that way until she hits the limits, due to the extra safety it provides, but the inability to kick us is another plus I hadn't thought of. :thumbsup2 Anyway, good luck with the seat and your flight! I really hope it's easy on both of you!

Wow, so that is quite the agenda for your Disneyland morning. I'm anxious to see how you do on it. I know for us the "let her play" part would turn into a much longer ordeal than planned, chasing after her and trying to drag her away. Sounds like a super fun day, though. But bummer about so many rides being closed. Will be interesting to see what Blue Bayou's like if Pirates is closed. :confused3

Augh!! Hello!! How did I miss that you'd started a new trip report!? I kept thinking you were just having a big break from the DISBoards. Sorry I've taken so long to finally find you again, but I'm so glad I have!! :wave2:

I desperately need to finish my dining report too... I need to go back and read through what I've missed here now! :surfweb:

Pretend like i posted this yesterday (whoops). I'll get to comments in a bit, I have acoustic testing today and tomorrow in a secret lab which means NO cell phone or internet playing boo!

In 1 week…Sunday May 4th!

DCA opens at 7AM this morning for EE (EEK) so once again we will have breakfast on the go.
7:05 Head straight to Carsland – Lynda rides RSR single rider; L&A ride Luigi’s Tires
7:15 Lauren rides RSR SR; Lynda takes Aria back on Luigi’s
7:25 All ride Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree
7:45 Head to TSMM depending on wait time
8:10 go to A Bug’s Land, ride Flik’s Flyers
8:20 grab FPs for ToT; ride Ladybug Boogie
8:40 ride Tuck & Rolls Buggies (Aria might not meet the 36” height requirement)
8:55 ride Chew Chew Train
9:05 ride Monster’s Inc
9:25 snack
9:40 ride ToT & rider swap – Aria can play at Princess Dot puddle park
10:15 line up for Disney Jr Live on Stage
11:00 ride the Carousel
11:10 Mickey’s Fun Wheel
11:20 Golden Zephyr (or after lunch, depending on line)
11:30 lunch at Ariel’s Grotto

This lunch they bring a shared app plate and a shared dessert plate, and then we get to choose an entrée. This looks really good but there is also a chicken dish that looks good!
Fire-Roasted Corn Cakes - sautéed spinach, onions, and ****ake mushrooms with spicy bean salsa and chili oil drizzle
The princesses are here so we shall see how Aria does!

Then back to enjoy the park!
12:30 another ride on carousel or golden zephyr
12:45 check out the Redwood Creek play area
1:10 Aria goes down for a nap in the stroller
Single rider lines for: Screamin, RSR, Goofy’s Sky School (Soarin and Grizzly river run closed)
3:00 Aria wakes up
**At this point; re-ride anything, or go back for a swim, or whatever! Stay to watch Aladdin or leave and come back for the 6:20 show – just depending on how we feel.
This evening we want to hop back over the DL as well, to see fireworks from Main St. at 9:25

This day in 1 week – Monday May 5th (Cinco de Mayo!)

Fitting this is our relax day – which means hopefully tons of time to spend at Trader Sam’s! haha. But first – we start out with breakfast at Goofy’s Kitchen! I have been reading reviews and it is more of a brunch buffet and apparently the food is GREAT (so much better than Chef Mickey’s). I am SO excited for this one. Aria LOVES Goofy and I keep telling her about our breakfast at Goofy’s and she is SO excited! The characters here seem totally random! Might see Baloo, Chip & Dale, Mickey, Donald…not sure who else.

After breakfast we will hopefully go and spend a long time at the pool! Depending on how Aria has been napping & sleeping, I might go up to the room at 1 so she can get a good long nap in her pack n play vs the stroller. Then the evening will be at downtown Disney! We have dinner reservations at Ralph Brennen’s Jazz Kitchen so I hope to enjoy some fun music and great food!!

To start…these look good though I don’t really like sausage-
Blackened Chicken Spring Rolls - Red Beans, fire-roasted corn, caramelized onions, peppers, andouille sausage, pepper jack cheese, chipotle pesto dipping sauce. - $13.00
These look good too
Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts - Creole mustard aioli, tomato basil sauce - $11.00
But so do these…
Three Cheese Stuffed Chili Peppers - Mozzarella, pepper jack, goat cheese, spinach, smoked tomato coulis, avocado creme. - $11.00
For my main dish, possibly this or the fish of the day-
Southern Fried Chicken - Tasso hamand herb bread crusted mac & cheese, bacon braised turnip greens, lemon-pepper gravy. - $22.00

For dessert it will be a hard choice. It hurts my soul to pass up bananas foster on the menu BUT the soufflé looks AMAZING too. Chocolate soufflé and bananas foster are my absolute favorite desserts. I guess it will just depend on how we are feeling. When I visited Lynda in Monterey, CA last October I picked a French restaurant because it had tableside bananas foster and so we did just order that…
Famous double chocolate bread pudding souffle - Semisweet chocolate white and dark chocolate ganoche. Must be pre ordered. - $11.00
Bananas Foster - Classic New Orleans dessert of bananas, brown sugar, rum and banana liqueur, over vanilla bean Ice cream. Flamed at the tableside for two. - $16.00

Anyway after dinner we will probably just enjoy some shops – check out the lego store and possibly pick up some more Duplos. I also plan to “bribe” Aria to meet the characters (YES this is as bad as it sounds) so if she does well with Goofy in the morning I will buy her a Goofy stuffed animal. Yes, she is spoiled. I don’t care! LOL!

Hmmm Pawtucket? Foxboro?

I live on the Taunton/Dighton line :) work down in Newport, RI. DH works up in Lexington, MA so that's how we ended up here.

Foxboro :)

I'm heading to Newport in a few weeks for a bridal shower/bachelorette, and again in July for the wedding - should be fun!!

I'm sad this trip reporting has ended, but I'm really looking forward to hearing about your DL adventures! Hope the flight is smooth, and goes quickly....with plenty of napping involved!!

We did V&As several years ago, pre-DD, and it was such a fun experience. You guys will love it!!

DD visited ECHO in January and had a lot of fun!! Looks like your Vermont trip was a good one :goodvibes

Love your little MJ girl!

Hahaha thank you!! :goodvibes

Yeah, it was a very good thing!! He is still searching but I think he felt a little relieved to have some more time to build up his funds.

We turned Aria around because she was unhappy rear facing. I know it is safer to keep her ERF but we are all happier now that she is FF.

Yep, I know the agenda got a little out of hand LOL! But hopefully lines will be short enough to do most of it, at least. I like having super productive mornings so we can have relaxing evenings!

There was a thread about it in the disneyland forum. Consensus seems to be it doesn't take away from the atmosphere, but if the water was totally drained that might be another story. We shall see...:rolleyes1

HI!!! I'm so glad you found me!! I finished up my december TR and have been having a blast writing up all sorts of posts...sooo more for you to read! LOL! (I understand if you skip a few ;) )

Thanks!! I loved your end too at Captain's Grill for breakfast, it is exactly my plan for the last day in October!

Thanks, yes I hope the 6 hour flight doesn't feel like 12 hours. I hope she is old enough now to know how to behave and enjoy ipad movies and such (I THINK she is, but you never know!).

Aww how neat!! Yes easter weekend ended up being great and we had a lot of fun having another toddler around.
