My Annual Review is today.

Why am I so nervous? (try to remember Hakuna Matata) No complaints actually more praise than anything...BUT
My boss has been super distracted lately so haven't heard much from her. Isn't that a bad thing usually?
I still take it personally & worry.

My rule when I write reviews is no employee should ever be 'surprised' by what is in their review. If an employee's performance is not at an acceptable level, they would know about it long before their annual review so they can improve.
I think you will be perfectly fine.
