That board handles meet and greets for WDW as well as other meetings. Just post something like "Special Diets Meeting - end of August" but read the stickies as they will tell you how to label the title. They have lots of meetings and that would be a good place to start.
At DLR board I and others have a meet and greet page that we discuss meetings and park info.
