Just going by the beta guide listed here on the Trade forum so once beta is released again its not considered beta anymore??

Exactly. There are a few things in there that are pretty rare that are not beta. They are:
Pink slipper (was in a quest during superhero month)
Green throne (in pirates of the caribbean treasure chests)
Green barrel chair (sold on St. Patrick's Day)
Blue carpet chair (not sure when it was sold, but it's retired)
