Ok. So here it is!
Travellers - 3
2 adults - (32) and (40)
1 child - (7) disabled, wheelchair dependent and non-verbal
We just came back from Orlando yesterday and though the hotel decor and ambiance is beautiful, I still prefer the Poly as my favourite deluxe resort!
Pros:
-The pool is great... easy entry and good depth for adults and kids alike!
-Simba's cubhouse has excellent and knowledgable staff. I left my disabled daughter there without any worries
-Really enjoyed Boma's
-Hotel decor is lovely and animals are a nice touch.
Cons:
-The hallway is one for all rooms. Many people do not realize that noise carries into the room and therefore for light sleepers, it can be extremely disappointing to be woken up every morning before 7am to yelling and loud noises in hallway.
- Front desk staff didn't smile very much.
- Really need to have one more elevator at the end of the long hallway!
- Found the resort to be too far from other parks/ resorts except AK.
I was happy we had the experience but wouldn't chose to stay again.
