My ADR's for May 2010, am I missing something??

This was a tough WDW trip to plan, as I will be with my DW, DD6, DS5, and DS2 along with another family with 2 DS, 5 and 4. So the reservations had to be somewhat kid friendly and kinda neutral food wise as I'm not sure the tastes of the other family. We are staying from 5/3 to 5/14 and this is what I have so far...

5/3 we arrive, dinner at T-rex
5/4 Crystal palace breakfast 810am. I want the pic of everyone in front of castle without the crowds. Dinner at Kona cafe 540pm
5/5 Ohanas best friends breakfast at 10am, dinner rain forest cafe 5pm
5/6 lunch sci fi dine in 1120, dinner hoop dee do musical 715pm
5/7 tappan edo noon lunch and dinner coral reef 730pm

5/8 nothing so far

5/9 captain's grill mother's day brunch at 1030 then dinner at tutto italia for 755 dinner, hopefully grab a great view of illuminations right after

5/10 chef mickey's for dinner at 750pm

5/11 storybook breakfast at akershus 935am

I feel like I am forgetting something or missing something. I wanted le cellier for a lunch as to not bother romantic diners later in the day but all the lunches were taken.

Any suggestions, comments etc... would be appreciated
