Got a trip booked March 1-7th with dining, so went ahead and booked. It's tough to do, by booking every night you dictate where you must be when. Here's what I have thus far...feel free to shoot holes in it...my 1st go round a this.
Sat 1st: San Angel 6:30
Sun 2: Cinderella Castle at 8:20 (park open at 9), Boma at 6:55.
Mon 3: Mama's Italian at MGM (had to pick something at MGM) 6:40
Tues 4: Chef Mickey's 6:35 (did breakfast last time, wanted to try dinner)
Wed 5: Biergarten 6:30
Thurs 6: Ohana at 5:45, P&P Party at 7 at MK
Fri 7: Park Fare 1900 (want to spend our last night at MK...but with P&P the day before, we may be MK'd out).

Planning to change one of these to Yak & Yeti, depending on the menu when it's released.

I've heard horrible things about San Angel, but then again, people don't usually post positive or neutral reviews of restaurants.

Kona Cafe is AWESOME and I would try to work it in somewhere, preferably for breakfast. :)

OK I might be being a bit thick but dining is only per night of stay isn't it? It's just you have 8 meals on here and I think Ive added up the dates right and you are only there 7 nights which means you only have 6 meal credits. Please tell me if I'm being stupid here.

Other than that I think there's some great choices there. Chef Mickeys at night is good but is the same as most resturants. On the last night are you doing 1900 Park Fare or are you doing this for breakfast/lunch? If so I would say you don't really need to do both. They have similar food. Boma's however has different food so always good to go there. I would suggest changing 1900 Park Fare if anything which I know messes up the MK thing but maybe you could change this to Chef Mickey and Chef Mickey to Yak and Yeti

I believe a lot of the San Angel Inn criticism comes from people expecting Tex-Mex style food, which is very spicy, instead of Mexican, which has much more subtle flavors. They're very both great, just different, so it's good to know that going in.

Have you considered swapping Mama Melrose for Primetime Cafe? Both are good, Primetime has a little more of the fun Disney theming, and since you booked a few character meals, you might enjoy it more. Otherwise everything you have, ESPECIALLY Biergarten, Cinderella's Castle and Chef Mickey's, looks really great!!
