My account with Mypoints was frozen!

I do not know what in the heck has happened. In April I noticed I had not been receiving any bonus point offers. I emailed them and let them know that I must have accidently unsubscribed. I never got an email back from them. I just tried to log in now, and it said that my account has been frozen!

Has this ever happened to anyone?
This is totally bizzare. I wish they would at least email me to let me know something. I emailed them over a week ago.

I've only ever heard of one other person being frozen with My Points. That girl's account was frozen because she had signed up for another account to get referral points for herself. They sent her an email though telling her why she was frozen. They said only one My Points account per IP address.

I hope it was a mistake by My Points and you get your account back.

My husbands account was frozen last year. Because there were two of us signed up they wanted to make sure he really did exist,lol. So, he had to fax them his drivers license. We,of course blocked out his license number. They reinstated it within a couple of days.

They reinstated my account. I think it was just a problem with the system.
I am glad they did - especially since I have been clicking for years!!

Need that money for my passes!
