My 9 month pictures

Hi,

In the past 9 months I've lost about 115 lbs. I have made comparison shots between my beginning and my 9 months. Shots were taken at 7:30 am by my bleary-eyed spouse, lol.

Kim! you've lost just about the same as me!!!! I'm sure you're in the same position - it's amazing to go clothes shopping and you reach for the wrong sizes, lol. I am in awe of everyone on this board, and how much they have worked - and how much they have lost. You've all been a fantastic source of inspiration for me.

Any words of inspiration you would like to share?
Umm, keep the fridge closed, lol?

What was the hardest thing?
Deciding to have gastric bypass surgery was difficult, but even more so is seeing the weight loss. Many times I look in the mirror and still see the old me.

What came easy to you?
believe it or not, exercising post-op.

What keeps you motivated?
Life! I want to stay active and be around for a very long time. I don't care if I ever get down to an 8 or a 10, but I want and need to stay healthy!
