Was a big hit. She had a brief moment she was scared but quickly realized it wasn't really. :thumbsup2

We watched in 3D at an IMAX theater.

Loved it!!

We didn't see it in 3D but my 4 year old loved it as well. She actually loves all of Tim Burton movies.

I took my just turned 5 year old daughter & she loved it as well! We saw it in reg. 3-D. I was so nervous b/c she hadn't even liked the 3-d shows @ WDW! haha But that's what mommy wanted and she went along with it! Well she loved it & kept her glasses on the whole time! And is asking when she can go see it again!

My dd6 and dd9 both LOVED it! I had no intention of taking them, as they don't handle anyting scary well at all. However, after reading various threads about how empowering the movie was and what a strong heroine Alice was I decided to try it. We saw it in 2D, and they weren't afraid at all. I LOVED the message. Alice finding her "muchness" (inner strength) and following her own path are perfect for little girls to see. Thanks for all the great reviews!:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

My DD4 and I went to see it, and we both loved it! We were ready to fudderwhacken on the way out of the theater!:rotfl:

I thought the movie was great, although I think it would have scared the pants off DD5! She is a timid kid. When I think she can handle it, it will definitely be a movie I'd love her to see!

i dont get why everyone thinks it's scary? :confused3 we took DD6 and DS who JUST turned 3 to see it last weekend and they loved it. DS watches the previews over and over again on the disney website. He also LOVEs nightmare before christmas and watched it everyday for about a month straight not too long ago. I myself didn't see too much "scariness" in it at all.

Thank you, I was starting to feel like I was corrupting my child. My DD is close to 3, she has seen Coraline and Corpse Bride. I love Alice in Wonderland, and so does she. I brought her to see the movie, and she LOVED it. She is still talking about it. Today my DH was watching Monsters Vs. Aliens, that scared her, so did the beginning of Shrek. We obviously stopped them both for her. Guess all kids are different.
