My 5 yr old dd really scared me!!!!

Wed night at church my dd fell and hit her forhead on the floor. When one of her teachers came to get me out of worship service she had a lump on her head the size of a golfball!!!! I just about fainted!! Thankfully one of her teachers is also a LPN in Pediatrics so she was able to tell me what to look out for.She is fine now I think but she does have a black eye now too!!

Something similar happened to my DS when he was in preschool. He caught his head on the corner of a bookshelf. It was so big and horrible I was scared. To this day, almost 3 years later, whenever DS gets the slightest bump in that spot the old goose egg appears.

Hope your daughter continues to be okay and that she heals quickly.
