Pretty sure the OP is referring to the Disney Premiere Visa 5% cashback bonus for the first 3 months when you upgrade from the regular Disney Visa. There are a few threads on the topic here on the budget board.

If you are looking to add up points just purchase some gift cards at your local food store and you will get 5 percent back that way. Think graduation gifts. Birthday. Hey might as well pick up a few for Christmas while you are at it
