My 30th B-Day Dining Plans and an Oct 27 Question

I am heading to WDW for my 30th B-Day (Feb 7). Am I correct that I can book my ADR's on Oct 27 for my trip? Here's where I plan on dining for the weekend

Whispering Canyon Cafe Breakfast
Jiko Dinner

Sun 2/7 (my B-day)
Crystal Palace Breakfast
California Grill Dinner

Monday 2/8
CS Breakfast at the Resort.

Your line-up looks good. I have to smile because my 30th was at the end of August. I ate at the exact same places on my actual birthday, CP for breakfast and CG for dinner. It was great. Happy Birthday.
