My 2 Loves: DVC and GAMECOCKS

Besides my family, there are 2 things I love:
Disney and Disney Vacation Club and all my fellow "clubbers" and my
University of South Carolina Gamecocks! We just won the NCAA Championship in Baseball on Tuesday. It has been wild in the state of SC.

How to celebrate? Going to Disney Aug. 2-7!

Saratoga Springs here we come! If you pass us just yell, "Go Cocks"..we will be in Garnet and Black.

Thanks Bama Fan! Gamecocks felt the love from all of our SEC comrades.
We were proud we FINALLY got to contribute to the conference with a championship of our own.

Ready for football: Good luck to the Tide, except when we play yall in
Columbia. Hope you can come up for the game.

UCLA fan: thanks for the classy post...you're right...you don't need another championship (HAHA..just kidding) but your team was a class act and worthy opponent. Rosenblatt closed with a great series with 2 great teams and that is all you can ask of in a championship series.

AND WE BEAT OUR ARCH RIVALS: CLEMSON ( twice) to make it to the championship game. Life is sweeter....that was almost as good as winning the title.

I was pulling for you to keep it in the SEC Family! we certainly know the feeling. Enjoy it while it last. It is a fun ride! I had some friends in Omaha and i think they tried to go to the first game that had all the rain delays. I know they were pulling for you.

I hear they have a new store in Downtown Disney that makes custom bats. Maybe when you are at Disney you can get a custom bat made commemorating your National Championship. Just a thought.

I've often wondered how many SEC or college sports fans is on the board.

Besides spending time with my family at Disney I love college football. It would be fun if we can make a college sports section on the disney boards.

Another Gamecock here! I am SOOOOO proud of the Cocks for pulling out the win last Tuesday! It was even sweeter that we beat Clemson not once but TWICE to get to the final game.

This is an amazing time to be a Gamecock, we are basking in our FIRST national championship in baseball and now football season is right around the corner! DH and I just upgraded our seats and we are FIRED UP to get out there this Fall! We will be back from Disney the day before the UGA game, so it won't be quite as tough to leave knowing we will be at Williams Brice the next day!

GO COCKS!!!!!

(my kids would be more likely to get their mouths washed out with soap for saying "go tigers" haha)
