My brother measured my nephew today and he said that he was 32 inches. He just turned 1 about a week ago. That means he is...

4 inches away from Pterandon Flyers
8 inches away from the Spider-Man ride at IOA
24 inches to ride most any B&M coaster

I think he will be a tall kid! He must have my genes. I hope he has the roller coaster loving gene too. :)

 WoW!! Remind me not to stand behind him for a parade 15 years from now!!

The little boy I babysit for just turned 5 two weeks ago. He went for his well-visit, and mom reported that he's 42 inches and 42 lbs. Um, that's less than a foot taller than your 1 yr old nephew....(I know, my math skills are surely impressing you right now...:p )

Dont feel bad my 4 month old son is 27 inches long. DH and I are tall so both of our children will be as well.

Can't you do Barnstormer with him now? ;)

My DD was 31 3/4 inches at one year...and yes, she is QUITE tall now, 10 years later. :)

WOW! :earseek:
DD is only 68" and she's almost 14!
Gonna have trouble with those "child" price tix in the future!;)

Tall kid!

My kids were tall too at a young age. Josh was 3 years old and 48 inches. (I'm thinking he was one of the youngest kids on Rockin n Rollercoaster and Steel Force)

Oh boy, I hope he turns out to be brave for you. ;)

My oldest has always been in the 75th % for height and he wont go on any of the fun rides. My youngest, 4 is a peanut, in the 25th% and he wants to go on Thunder MT. At his check up in March he was 39 inches. Ive been stretching him so he will hit 40 by our trip in July. ;)

My youngest was that way ,he is 51 1/2 at 6 yrs old now.He rode the pterandon flyer at 2 1/2 i felt like a terrible mom ,He love the ride but i was scared to death for him after i seen how high up we were, I just told him to hang on. I didn't know there was one person per seat. But he loved it!!! he rode spiderman too and loved it. He can't wait to ride RR.

Another tall child.

My son is a tall kid. He was 23 inches at birth & just kept on growing.

He is now 4 & 45.5 inches.

He's probably off the growth charts for height. My son will be 2 next month and he is 35 inches.

Just what I was thinking Uncle Barry. You can probably get him an AP for Universal for Christmas and take him on the Hulk with you!

Oh no....as if I didn't look silly enough standing by Barry himself... :p :p :p

Eeep! LOL

My dd was 34 inches at her first year check-up!!! Her first trip to wdw, at 37 mos, they didn't even pull out the stick for the rides....

Even if my nephew becomes 36 inches in the next few months, I'm not sure if he's ready for coasters yet. He may not understand that he needs to stay seated while riding. I'd hate to see him crawl out of Pterandon Flyers and fall to doom!

:rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl:

Great picture, Flyfly.

Barry, I was only kidding about the coaster ;) .
