MVMCP

We are surprising our kids with a trip to Disney World in December and will be attending MVMCP on the 18th. Our "must do" list includes meeting Jack Skellington and Jack Sparrow. We plan to line up for Jack Skellington early since he often shows up early, then head to Jack Sparrow. Is it possible to see any of the other popular rare characters (specifically the Seven Dwarfs or Flynn Rider with Rapunzel) later in the night? Or should we do Jack Skellinton and Sparrow later in the party??
We don't want to spend the entire party in character lines but cannot go without seeing Jack Skellinton and Sparrow!
Any tips will be appreciated!

From what I understand the line for Seven Dwarfs starts even before the party does.

It can be done...........for sure. We did the MVMCP last December (early in the month). We too went directly to Jack Skellington.......waited about 30 mins (it was so worth it). Walked around a bit..........watched the 2nd fireworks show from Gaston's. As we made our way back to the castle........we passed the 7 Dwarves M&G.............NO LINE........I'm serious......ok 3 groups in front of us! It was such a lucky break.........we didn't plan on doing the Dwarves because we got pictures with them at the MNSSHP the previous year.

So the answer to your question is.........YES. Go back after the second fireworks and the line should be better. My only concern would be you'll be at the "next to last" party.....even with it being a Sunday it could......I say could......be a bit more crowded. So patience will be important........plus arriving at 4pm. Also the last parties may sell out earlier too.

In the end your idea is a good one...........have a great time during your Surprise Trip!

Thanks for the input! I think we will stick with our plan and check the dwarfs line after the second parade!
