This has probably been asked already. How do they handle people who are going to the party, but are in the park before the official start time? Are you allowed to get the wristbands & then just stay in the park? If so, where do they pass them out? Thanks in advance for your help!

I think you get the wristbands from town hall (possibly from a couple of other places as well). You can definately just stay in the park. Just keep an eye out for the people handing out the bands. Im sure its at the town hall

there are various locations throughout the park, the main one being the rose garden by the castle. you'll see signs, but can always ask a Cast Member

Once the park is officially closed they will start scooting the people out who arent there for the party, and if you are there for the party they will scoot you towards certain areas. The main area is normally Tomorrowland. And the nice thing is...they keep all the rides open in tomorrowland! So you can knock that out before the party even starts!

they haven't directed anyone to a specific area of the park in years. they just start doing sweeps at entry points for wristbands.

and the decor has suffered tremendously for it. it's now restricted to a few special light projections and a few inflatables. they did step it up this year but they now keep that decor out full time.
