MVMCP wrist-band question

We'll be in Orlando for a few days in December and am interested in going to MVMCP on our first night there. I believe I've read that once you get in you get a wrist-band - is that true? What do they look like - are they similar to the EMH evening wrist bands? I ask because for some reason this seems to be a big cause of concern for my daughter, so I thought I'd ask to get the official word - thanks.

They are made out of plastic and are different colors for the different nights. They say Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party with Mickey and Minney on them and a candy cane. I kept mine. I have one that is purple and one that is red.
