MVMCP...ToonTown Judge's Tent Open?

Are the characters in the Judge's Tent during MVMCP? I know many are out in the park at this time, but was just wondering!

I think Mickey and Minnie have a room in the Toontown Hall of Fame during MVMCP...

I saw Mickey and Minnie inside a room at the ToonTown Hall of Fame, which is next door to the Judge's Tent and Mickey's house. During MVMCP the rest of ToonTown was pretty dead, which is sad, since ToonTown is a hopping place at MNSSHP!
