I just bought mvmcp tickets. Do they link to our magic bands now or do you still need to get wristbands within the park on the day of the party?

You need party wristbands.

When you go in on the day of the party they will scan your magic band and will then give you a wristband. If you're already in the park they have stations set up scanning bands and giving out wristbands, we went to the one in tomorrow land near the laugh floor.
