MVMCP ticket park entry time

We'll be going to MVMCP, but don't plan on going to the parks during the day. What is the earliest time you are allowed to enter MK with an MVMCP ticket?

The party "officially" starts at 7pm but they have an "unofficial" policy that you can enter the parks at 4pm with just your party ticket. We are going on November 27th and you'll see us at the gate a 4pm.

4pm has been the "Unofficial" time for the last several years.

If you are not staying onsite and have paid to park, getting there at 4pm (or very shortly thereafter) will get you free parking if you have gone to another park that day or are an AP holder. If you are an onsite guest, there are no problems.
