My friend and I are attending the party on Dec. 18. We have an ADR for CRT at 6:40pm, just before the party starts. Since it is just the two of us, we are not that concerned about character meetings, dance parties, or going on all the rides since we are spending the day in the park anyways (plus hey, if we're paying this much for the party, we don't wanna waste all our time on rides!:santa:)

What we really want to do is watch the parade and firework festivities. Right now, we are planning on finding a spot right after dinner to watch everything. Does anyone have advice on the best spot to watch the parade AND fireworks? Obviously everyone else has the same wish, but we would like to be somewhere around Main St. to capture all that Christmas spirit :yay:

I usually avoid Main Street for all parades and especially at parties. We watch from Frontierland or Liberty Square and normally always skip the first parade as it's much less crowded by the second one. For the fireworks I've found pretty much any place in front of the castle is fine. For Hallowishes last month at a sold out party we had no issues finding tons of space in the circle in front of the castle 20 minutes before the show. More people were actually down on Main Street it seemed.
