I have a reservation in mid December. I'm considering the MVMCP, but have a few questions:
1. Is it worth it?
2. If I show up at 4pm with my MVMCP ticket will I be let in without using a day on my hopper? (The day I plan to go would be a sleep in and Disney Springs day)
3. How short are the ride lines? What's the average wait time I could expect?
4. How crowded is the park?
TIA :)

We went to the halloween party 2 years ago during a very busy week at the park. The longest we waited for any ride was 5-10 minutes. My daughter's favorite ride is space mountain and we walked on that several times. Plan to go to the Christmas party for the first time this year. Hoping the experience is very similar!

1. Yes, it was worth it for us
2. Yes, you have always been able to get in at 4 PM with your ticket. There has been talk about potential changes for that in the future, but nothing concrete
3. Most rides are pretty much walk ons except for 7DMT and PP. Character meet lines can be long though
4. Completely depends on the night. Midweek, early November should not be crazy busy but don't expect an empty park. Parade viewing and fireworks still draw a hefty crowd

I would echo what @Danimal said above on #3 and #4. MVMCP party crowds can feel very 'lumpy' for lack of a better word. You can be back around Frontierland and it'll be empty / total walk ons to BTMR and SM. Then walk to the hub and it's an absolute mad house / so congested you can barely walk. Depending on the night the parade and fireworks crowds can be stout.

Only you can determine if it's 'worth it' for you, but we love the parties - absolutely worth it for us.

I think we week able to only get in two meets (Goofy and Daisy/Minnie). There was a long wait for everyone else.

Dd loved the snow during the parade, but main Street was packed, so get a spot early. We won't be doing it again, didn't really think it was worth it.
