I did MNSSHP for the first time in 2004...and followed the "rules". I thought we were all supposed to stay in Tomorrowland until 7pm & then we could go out into the park. I found out later that some people just wandered around between 6 & 7 and most rides were open with very little or no line at all.

Does anyone know if it's the same deal for MVMCP? It'll be our first time at that party this year...and I'd love to get some rides in before the big crowds!!

we got to MK around 4 and got our wristbands and headed on over to LTT for our dinner. NOONE said a thing to us!

I was at MNSSHP last year and when we were done at LTT (about 6:30p), we tried just to hang there till 7:00p and they told us we couldn't and that we had to go to Tomorrowland and then when we walked to Main street, there were CM all over Main Street directing people to Tomorrowland.

But I guess we'll just have to wait and see what they do this year. Before 6:00p, you can ride any rides you want to anywhere and then once it's 6:00p, just see what happens.

They herded everyone into tomorrowland both times I went in Dec. 2004.

Myst

We were there Dec. 7 and 9. The first night we followed the 'rules' too and waited until 6:45 in tomorrowland- when we looked over the bridge to see people everywhere on Main Street. So, we headed to Main STreet where people were already staking places for the first parade. The second night we stayed on Main Street and took in the atmosphere. We sat on the curb for a while and there were cms everywhere- no one was making anyone go to Tomorrowland. A few people even went up to the cms and asked if it was OK to stay there and they didn't know- one replied they had never worked a MVMCP before so they didn't know. Now, we weren't riding rides- so that may be different. But both nights people were everywhere on Main Street hanging out between 6 and 7. princess:

Thanks for the info...I guess we'll just go with the flow!

We were able to leave Tomorrowland around 6:45 and head into Fantasyland last December.

The same thing happened to us last year. We were walking down from Fantasyland just past Columbia Harbour House when CM's were like "nope, this way" motioning towards the hub and directed us to Tomorrowland. We just told them we has a PS at LTT & they let us go.

We finished up our dinner at LTT about 6:30 and were allowed to hang out around there. We went over the the Hall of Presidents about 6:55 and were one of the first in line for pictures. Eating at LTT was the best idea. Good food, fun meal and put us exactly where we needed to be.

Thanks for the good info. What was your PS in order for you to be done eating by 6:30?
