Hi, eveyone! :)

We're getting ready to go back to the world next week, and we purchased tickets for MVMCP. We selected the print at home ticket option, but accidentally deleted the e-mail that included the link to print our tickets. I just got off the phone with a CM who gave me a link, but it just directed me to the general Disney site. Not sure what to do at this point? Does anyone know how we can print our tickets at home without the confirmation e-mail link? The CM said we could just pick up our tickets while we're down there, but we'd prefer to have them ahead of time. Thanks for your help!

Many parts of the Disney website are currently down for refurbishment (e.g. booking hotel and meal reservations). It is possible that the link you got will work once the bugs from the website are fixed. Try it again later this afternoon.

Oh, I didn't realize that! Thanks so much! I will try again later.

The CM said we could just pick up our tickets while we're down there...

I'd go ahead and do that (and I HAVE done that many, many times.)

It will take just a couple of minutes at any ticket booth, Guest Relations, or Resort Concierge desk.

Hopefully you can get the link to work but if you do have to go to a ticket booth at Disney, it will only takes a few minutes. I selected pick up for my MNSSHP (I would've forgotten my print at home ticket) and went to the counter with my CC (and ID too I think). The man swiped my card and not a minute later I had my ticket and was on my way into MK (we spent the whole day there.) There was no wait and this was at opening (They had just finished saying "Good Morning" to everyone.)

Enjoy the party!

Oh, that's excellent that we can pick them up right at the resort concierge desk! I didn't realize that! I'll keep trying the link, but I'm glad it sounds easy either way :)
