So, while I am pretty sure of the answer my son doesn't trust me, lol.

We have a 4:40 adr at BOG on a party night. We CAN enter the park at 4:00 with just our party ticket and NO park ticket, correct? Thanks.

Historically, yes, they start letting people in with party tickets at 4pm.
