MVMCP - Does it only snow on Main Street during the parades?

Does the snow on Main Street only happen during the parades, or does it snow all night long? We've been three or four times, but I can't seem to remember this little detail!

I remember it snowing at 7, right when the party started because we walked down Main Street after eating at Tony's. And Im also thinking it was snowing when we left at midnight. I wasnt on Main Street during the party!

Oh, and I read that it snows on Main Street for the parades too! I didnt know that, so we will make sure we get a Main Street, snowy spot this year!!!
