MVMCP Dining ?

Hi, Can you dine in the MK at a TS restaurant before MVMCP?? Or does the park completely empty and close,before MVMCP starts. Also are the TS restaurants open during MVMCP? And one last ? -is it "CRAZY" dining in the MK at this time and should I instead have dinner at our resort before MVMCP? And in this case what time should I be at the MK gates for MVMCP. I would like to hear what others do,it is my DS,DH and myself. Thanks, Joan

We have an ADR for Liberty Tree Tavern in MK before MVMCP. We did this last year before MNSSHP and it was great! I would highly recommend making an ADR for a TS before the party starts

LTT and Tony's are open thru the party, till aroun 9:30p.

Castle, the Plaza, and Crystal Palace are open till park closing at 6:00p, taking ADRs till about 5:30p.

The park does not completely empty. Party goers can remain in one land and/or in the TS restaurants.

I prefer eating in MK but most ADRs are gone already. I book an ADR before the party starts and so that I'm done before it starts, usually around 5:30p.

I'd get to MK no later then 6:00p. In years past they've unofficially let party goers in after 4:00p with just their party tickets so I'm guessing they'll do the same this year too.

I have a CP ressie for 6:15 before our party this year with them Closing the parks at 7:00 for the general public .I guess they can get those few more ADR's taken care of.

Our family prefers to eat CS meals (or snack throughout the evening) instead of wasting time at a TS during MVMCP. Gives us more riding time and more time to take in all those special things that you can only see during MVMCP.

Last year we ate at WL Artist point it was great this year we made 4:30 adr for LTT

Hi ,THANK YOU for all the replies! I called today(8/18) and was able to get CP for dinner at 4:50pm on Dec.19th. The CM offered me 3 times-3:50, 4:50 or 5pm when I said I would like something close to 4pm.I checked out the buffet menu for CP and this seem to be the "BEST" restaurant choice for my family.And while we ALWAYS have breakfast here, we have never done dinner at the CP.I am starting to get SO EXCITED!!!
