MVMCP - Design - With Mickey & Minnie

Hi
I have found a design and saved it but can't remember who designed it.
It was red with Mickey and Minnie and have MVMCP Party on top and date at bottom. (Taekwondomom has one near enough the same number 15).
I would like one with date of 16th November 2008

Can anyone do this for me please. We not got long now so just trying to get organised.
