We just went last week and there is no true start to the party. There is the castle lighting that is before the party begins. And then we started off the party by watching Twas' the night before Christmas. It was so crowded the night we went (Dec 2nd) so be prepared.

what time was Twas' the night before Christmas? was it worth watching? Also how long is the show? TIA!

So I was really worried about the crowds last night based on previous reports, but I didnt think it was that bad. I mean sure it was slammed, but we walked right onto almost everything. The hub was a madhouse after the fireworks as usual, but otherwise I didnt think the crowd was as overwhelming as described here. Hope everyone had a great time, we sure did
