MVMCP- any chance of adding more dates?

We will be there for our first night on December 14th and would love it if they would add another night of the Christmas Party. Have they ever added more dates?

Not during the current year. You have a choice of the remaining 3 parties after you arrive.

The logistics involved would be ridiculous -- adding another MVMCP involves basically shutting down the park to day guests at 7 pm. Imagine all the p.o.'d people who made plans six months ago about where to eat, two months ago about which rides to ride, and worked up resort-wide touring plans based on specific events in specific parks on specific days...

There is basically no chance of that happening.

I would hope not. they do not give the people that are only there for a couple of days, any full days at MK. We were there 3 nights the first of Oct. Had two park days. Both days had parities. We were fine with it, but we go often and were planning a short day, but I know if this was a one time visit, I would not be happy.

The Christmas parties already gives guests at the MK limited days when they can see a parade and fireworks without a party ticket and has a big affect on crowds on those full days - makes crowds heavier. You are approaching heavy crowd period too when hour are expanded rather than contracted to try to deal with guests. This would be really unpopular for sure. And as other posters have said once at the 60 days away mark they really don't want to do this due to FP+ reservations. And with ADRs at some places at the MK, they need to have a pretty good feel at the 180 day mark. // I've never seen extra parties added and would not expect to see this.

I personally feel like they are already double dipping on party days -- fine to me a stockholder, not as fine as a guest.
