System is back up and running - and they're busy (was on hold for 10 minutes)!!

Got my LTT PS for 5:45 on the 5th - I didn't get my tickets yet, will order them online, but she gave me a conf # anyway and said I would need to show my ticket at check in. - one more thing to cross off the list!!
