I've heard that if you are going to MVMCP you can most likely get in at 4pm though it's not a guarantee. I've also heard that in doing so, you are also able to set up a fast past for 3:30-4:30pm. Is this true and how do you do it if you have a hard party ticket?
Thanks

Yes this has been the case for years now. You can get in at 4 with your party ticket and if you have it attached to your MDE you can have FP's scheduled up until about 30 min before the party starts.

You just link your party ticket to MDE and make FP's like usual. If you're attending another park during the day with other tickets and have FP's set up, you can't make 3 FP's for MK with your party ticket. To have 3 FP's for a morning park and then 3 FP's the party ticket, you'd have to make another MDE account and put the party tickets on there

1. You heard partially correct. Yes you can get in but it is guaranteed
2. yes it is true. Just purchase the ticket via your MDE and book your FP starting at 3:30. next one at 4:30, next at 5:30

So I can make them as early as 3:30 and make them up until 6:30?
I have the Disney world app and it's not letting me link my reservations but I'm able to on MDE on the website.
I received the tickets through the mail and it's a card. How do I link?

How did you purchase them? By phone or signed in to MDE online? If you were online when you bought them, even if you had tickets mailed to you, they are already linked to your MDE

over the phone. Can I still link them?

I assume so. Did you look to see if they are already linked?
They should have taken your email address when they took the order, they've always asked for mine.
If they didn't, just look on the back of the tickets for the number and look on MDE (after you've signed in to your account) and add the code where you see Link Tickets

Just because it might be a little confusing...your last FP+ has to END at 6:30, not begin.

I assume this also applies to the Halloween party as well? Sorry, I cant remember what MVMCP stands for.

If you are not visiting another park that day, but have tickets other than the party ticket on your MDE account, you may want to stop by at guest services and have them prioritize your party ticket before you enter. It's been a few years since I've been, but there were a few stories of the wrong ticket used even when entering at the party tapstiles. As someone who usually has multiple tickets on my account, it always makes me nervous that they might pull from the wrong one.

You CAN get in at 4pm and often times even a bit earlier.
You CAN set up 3 FP+ using the MVMCP ticket so long as you are not going to a park prior and yes I'd suggest making them for 3:30pm-4:30pm, 4:30pm-5:30pm, and 5:30pm-6:30pm as 6:30pm is the FP+ cut off time for party nights.
