MVMCP and Dinner reserv.?

It has been a long time since we posted on here. I have missed it. Our last 2 vacations were to the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and Washington D.C.

We are are feeling the need for a Disney Fix, like the Disney Junkies that we are.

The question that I have is:

We are going to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but are not going to the Magic Kingdom that day. Can you get in earlier that 7 p.m. with dinner reservations, and what is the earliest you can go in?

Thank you in anticipation for the answers that I'm sure I am going to recieve, and I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere.

In the past, you have been able to get into MK at 4pm with only the party ticket.

If you have tickets to the MVMCP, you can enter the park at 4pm with your ticket without buying a pass for the day. Any earlier than that, you will need to buy a whole day's pass.
