My girlfriend and I will be attending the MVMCP on Sunday December 17th and we are trying to figure out how we are going to do dinner that night.

Our plan for the day is to go to Hollywood Studios for rope drop to ride RnR and TMM and then shoot over to magic kingdom around 11-12 and spend the rest of the day there. We may try to work in a break around 3-4 and go back to the hotel. I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions about how to squeeze a table service meal in for dinner? Will the restaurants at Magic Kingdom be open for the party? Thanks for the help!

BOG, Crystal Palace, and CRT are the only restaurants that will be open during the party. My suggestion would be getting dinner in MK around 4-5, then enjoying the free snacks during the party. You also won’t be spending precious party time dining at a restaurant.

I agree with DisneyDad2015. I wouldn't do TS during party hours. There is SO much to do at the party and you will be wasting precious time by sitting and eating.

I would consider switching your schedule a little. Perhaps do HS in the morning, then take your hotel break and then head to MK and have an early TS dinner (we have Skipper's scheduled at 4:30 pm on our party night). This put you in the restaurant around the time when party and day-guests start mingling and it can become quite crowded in MK. It also gets you out early enough to enjoy all of the party offerings and leaves room for the free snacks. If you would rather go to MK right after HS, I would still aim for dinner between 4 - 5 pm and just take your break in MK instead of going back to the hotel.

We never do a TS during a party night when we are attending the party. We always take the morning off from the parks to sleep in just a bit then we might go to a movie or some lite shopping. We would consider a TS lunch somewhere. Then maybe a break by the pool if it is warm enough out for us and then get ready to go to MK. We usually then have an early dinner before the party starts at CHH. It works for us and then we just have a snack later if we need it. I wouldn't bother with a TS that night.

Don't know what your budget is, but since it is Sunday, why not see if there is a late brunch at Cali Grill or Narcoossee's?
