Must try restaurants at Val d’Europe

I'm a foodie. I love all kinds of food from different cultures i.e. Asian, Mexican, Latin, African, Jamaican, American, Japanese, Chinese.
I have a pretty good pallete and enjoy trying new foods.

I'll be on vacation. No budget.

There's a few french chain restaurant and some local places at the Val d'Europe mall and I've always enjoyed my meals at Hippotamus and Ristorante del Arte.

Hippotatamus is a french steakhouse chain with decent prices and quality meats. Currently, that location serves an entrecote (THE french cut of meat) that weighs either 250 grams (8.8 oz) or 330 grams (11.6 oz) for 22.90 euros/29.90 euros. You also have an "Onglet" (Hanger Steak) from Ireland that weighs 200 grams (7 oz) for 24.90 euros. Remember that all those prices are taxes included and with service, so no need to leave an extra tip.

Ristorante del Arte is italian and much better than Vapiano at the Disney Village. The pizzas are quite good, but more of a french style. Thinner crust, no pepperoni as a topping, etc, when compared to an american pizza. If you see "Chevre" on a menu for pizza, it means it will have goat cheese

Near the mall, my friends introduced me to "Au Bureau", an english style pub. The Montevrain location is 1.5 miles away by car from the RER Val d'Europe station and, funnily enough, is run by the same company that owns the Brasserie Rosalie in the Disney Village. Similar dishes at a cheaper price at Au Bureau, so can be worth a look if you don't mind a Uber or taxi ride there.

@Absimilliard THANK YOU!

This is a great question, thanks for asking. We will be in the area at the end of August-any recommendations for French restaurants specifically?

What are your expectations for a french restaurant? Something like a brasserie? A michelin star experience?

Thanks so much for asking. I would say something family friendly (although our youngest is 12, so not necessarily needing a child menu). We have five children and are travelling with grandparents, so a family of 9. This creates challenges for finding restaurants, but we are fine to split into two groups.

Edit to add: not michelin, but something that offers a typical french menu.
