Hey all
If there was absolutely one thing you would recommend to anyone not to miss...what would it be?

Whether it is to eat "here" or ride "this" or see "this"......it doesn't have to be DISNEY. If it is great but anything in Orlando is my interest as well.

Thanks in advance.

You have to ride BTMR. One the one of the coolest rides there. When I was there last I rode it like six seven times in a row. ::yes::

Watch Fantasmic!
In other parts of Orlando, go to Sea World

We are going in April, our first trip was 5 years ago. I have asked the kids to help make a must see or must do list for each park. Once done we will then work on a don't do list based on our first trip. From this we will plan the trip.

To date the only must do is our PS at Liberty Tree tavern on our first day. We liked this meal a lot and hope it brings it all back for us.

Another thing to do is just take in Main St., the sights and sounds. A good tip that was given to me and we did it was as MK is closing, stop in the ice cream shop and order. Sit outside on Main St toward the castle as everyone is rushing by heading to the buses. By the time you finisgh the ice cream most people have left the park and it is just great.

Hmm, lots of varied answers here, but I would say that I would not miss IllumiNations at Epcot or Tower of Terror at MGM....I really enjoyed both of those.

Picking just one is tough. It really depends on the person. Here's a breakdown for not to miss in different types of activities:

Restaurant: This depends on how much money you want to spend, of course, but in my experience I'd have to say Artist Point. The food is somewhat unique, the wine selection is varied, and the resort is amazing. There's so many restuarants we HAVEN'T tried yet, that we're still doing research in this category!

Fireworks/Show: Despite the quality of Illuminations (we never miss it), and what I'm hearing about Wishes (that it's just as good as Illuminations or better), I might have to choose Fantasmic.

Thrill Ride: Tower of Terror or Rock and Roller Coaster. I know you want me to choose one, but hey, they're right next to each other!

Classic Disney Thrill Rides: Splash Mountain. Very "Disney" in all definitions of the word.

Classic Disney Attractions: Haunted Mantion. A personal favorite, it too has all the aspects of what makes WDW great.

Kiddie Ride: Although I haven't been on the Snow White ride, I really enjoyed Peter Pan. The "flying" aspect is pretty cool.

what kind of ghost..cough cough...i mean host would i be if i didnt invite you to out beloved haunted mansion.to miss this attraction would be just ghoulish:eek:

The new show at MK- Philharmagic is pretty cool. I, personally didn't find any of the rides to be a huge thrill compared to local amusement park coasters. The parks are more of an experience than anything in my book.

We really liked "Dinosaur" at Animal Kingdom though for a fun ride and they do take your pictures while on it, so be prepared for a funny.

At MK, we like Buzz Lightyears ride for the fun, too- and the picture.

The ages of your party will depend alot on what not to miss.

Tower of Terror at MGM
Spiderman and Dueling Dragons at Universal's Island of Adventure
Men in Black at Universal Studios

Eating a Dole Whip in the MK
Eating a Beavertail at Epcot

Watching the living statues at Epcot (are they still there?)

Ok, not one thing, but I did limit myself!
