Must-See Resort Christmas Decorations?

We're leaving for Disney in only 12hrs (yikes! We're so excited!) and we're planning on spending some time checking out some of the decorations at the resorts. We figure we'll do the Magic Kingdom area resorts tomorrow (Grand Floridian and Contemporary) before going to MK at 7pm for the Very Merry After Hours Party we have reservations for. What are some other resorts with MUST-SEE decorations or special food items? We don't want to miss anything while we're there.

Contemporary never really has a great Christmas display, I’d skip it. The others, to me, that are must see are Wilderness Lodge (a nice boat ride from MK) and Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Beach Club has a big chocolate carousel and Yacht Club has a nice train garden. You can walk to both of them from Epcot.

I second Wilderness Lodge, it is my favorite hotel at Christmas time.
