Hi am off to disney world for first time in September it going to be our honeymoon. What do you say is things that we must do?

our personal family must dos are

fantasmic
tower of terror
and dinner at ohana

We're planning our first visit too, in August, and this is my bucket list for the trip:

  • Get my very own personalised Mickey ears
  • Meet Belle, and get a photo with her
  • Meet Mickey, and have a hug!
  • Grab at least one virtual geocache on the parks
  • Get a nice photo of me and DH in front of Cinderella Castle
  • Meet Jen from Cake Wrecks/Epbot
  • Have one of those Mickey ice cream treats
  • Get some characters autographs
  • Swim in the resort pool
  • See the Fireworks at MK and Epcot
  • Have dinner at BOG
  • Do a character meal

I spent quite a lot of time reading guide books/the WDW website, etc, and my list is mostly non-ride experiences (because I LOVE rides, and will try and visit as many as I can as well!)

Iv been reading books and looking on website, we already booked to eat breakfast at crystal palace, and have lunch beaches & creams. Looking at day to book bog & to book the dessert party. Looking for ideas I may not of through off. We be doing as many rides we can too

Congratulations! These are some of my favorites:
Take a horse-drawn carriage ride
Watch fireworks (Wishes) and the electric water pageant from the beach at the Poly
Get a silhouette made of you at MK
Visit the Grand Floridian
Food & Wine at EPCOT (starting Sept19)
Stop and smell the roses - literally! There are so many places to relax and enjoy!

Universal
Islands of Adventure
Florida Mall
Old Town
Drink butter beer
Denny's breakfast

Love Denny's done that in Vegas. Planning lots of shopping. Got 14 day pass for universal. Butter beer & old town I add them to the list.

I believe Jelly Rolls is a good night out, especially for a couple without any children. It's a duelling piano bar, which is at the Boardwalk. I've never been personally, but there are plenty who enjoy it and say it's a great night for a drink and something different :)

Pre park opening ADR at Magic Kingdom. Having your photo taken in a practically empty Main Street or in front of the castle with no other person in the shot is priceless!

We not staying at disney so can't do the pre opening at magic kingdom. We going get there for rope drop first day, we booked breakfast at crystal palace and lunch at Cinderella royal table for lunch other day.

Any one can have pre park opening ADR

Oh right I through it was just for on site guest.

No you queue in a designated queue for dining reservations. They have a list of people who have ADRs and as long as you are on the list you are in :)

The memories show on Cinderella's castle
BBQ ribs at Flametree BBQ in AK
O'Hanas for dinner
It's a bugs life
Soarin
RNR
TOT
Star Tours
Sum of all Thrills

and most of all Enjoy Yourselves

These are our must dos:
At EPCOT
- IllumiNations
- Soarin'
- Canada Pavillion: grey goose slushie yum!
At Hollywood Studios
- Fantasmic
- Tower of Terror at night!!
At Magic Kingdom
- Philharmagic
- Taking a picture of us in the exact spot DH proposed in 2009, its great seeing how we have changed and how our family has grown since then
- Rope drop
- Buy something for our tree in the Christmas shop
At Animal Kingdom
- Early morning ride on Kilimanjaro Safari
Outside WDW
- Chef Mickeys for breakfast
- Eat at Earl of Sandwich
- Boardwalk at night, Jellyrolls is fun

You will have a blast regardless just dont try to fit too much in, you dont want to hit a wall halfway through the trip. First time we went we hit the ground running and tried to "do it all" before I caught a nasty viral infection and it ruined our last few days. Pace yourself, remember that there is no possible way to do it all, seven trips later and we havent even begun to see and do half of what WDW and Orlando in general has to offer! Enjoy :)

Very true don't try and squeeze too much in. Now I ve been quite a few times it's so nice not having pressure to try and do certain things. If you don't do a must do it's just an excuse to go back

Thank you, we in Orlando for 28 nights I know we never get see everything. We will take it easy. When we went to Vegas we wanted to see everything so first day we walked from one end of strip to the other oh my god our poor feet lesson learn take thing nice and easy like you said just means we have to go back :)

Wow that's a hell of a walk in Vegas heat, we had sore feet everyday in Vegas so much to go and see, so little time.

28 days, you should get to do most things and time to chill out in between.

Against most advice on here I imagine, but don't plan too much get up and enjoy.
