I was reading through all the wonderful options at the spa and was wondering if anyone would recommend one over the others. No messages, only one person.

Thanks

My husband adores the seaweed wrap, although it does come with a massage too. They wrap you up like a baked potato in warm, soothing seaweed. I do it often, too, and it puts me right to sleep! You feel very detoxified when it is over.

over 5 disney cruise i have tried several spa services. although i use the elemis products for daily skin care and have been doin so since our first cruise in 2000, i don't think any of the spa services were any better than what i can get locally. i can, however, recommend 2 things. the massage on castaway key and the rainforest. the massage is ok but the environment is fabulous. nothing is more relaxing than an outdoor massage with sea breezes and ocean air.

the rainforest is also a great deal. for $50 for the week (2004 prices) you get unlimited use of the sauna, steamrooms, various showers and heated lounges. it was great after a workout or after a day at the beach or on shore excursions. it was never very crowded, at least when i went and if i remembered my glasses i would read while enjoying the sauna or heated lounges.
