Hello -- my teens -- boy 18 and girl 14 - will be coming the day after Easter for a last-vacation-before-college family trip for a week to WDW. The kids have been to the parks alot when they were younger, but not in the last 3 years.

Which restaurants would you now recommend that would be FUN and INTERACTIVE for TEENS that they should they NOT MISS that week? We wil be going to all parks.

Thanks.

What about Planet Hollywood in DTD? We ate there last year and my son 15 really enjoyed it. It is rather loud but the surroundings are really neat. Also, ESPN was really good a couple of years ago but I have heard that there have been changes in the menu and it may not be on the dining plan now.

My girlfriends and I went to WDW for Spring Break last year and were 19! We did Ohana and LOVED IT! along with Coral Reef which was awesome, and Boma was GREAT, too! Mama Melrose gets bad reviews on here but we all enjoyed that as well. Chef Mickey was our first night and we thought it was fun and got a kick out of it, but I don't know if your teens are in the "too cool" stage like my little sister is because she was NOT amused when the family went there! I would recommend all of those places though because all of us had a fun time and want to go back!

I'm 16 and my favorite restaurants are Kona Cafe, Raglan Road and Le Cellier.

Our teens (15 & 13) love:

Sci-Fi
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch, but just for the food, not any entertainment)
Coral Reef
ESPN
Kona Cafe
Cape May Clambake

Are there any restaurants where the servers "mess" with you? Interact? THAT's the kind of places my kids LOVE.

WHISPERING CANYON CAFE!!! If your kids love to be messed with, that is what they do best at this place. It is a loud, silly environment where they will delight in teasing you (not too badly though). If you're interested it's in the Wilderness Lodge. :rotfl:

50's Prime Time Cafe in DHS!!

Your teens will love it if the server teases mom and dad...

My server last time force fed my veggies to me. My 10 and 14 year old loved it.

My daughter is 14 and her favorites are Whispering Canyon and Sci-fi. This summer we are adding 50's Prime Time to our list. :thumbsup2 BTW, even though she's a teen, she still enjoys Chef Mickeys too, which is great since her sister is 5 and she flips over CMickey's.

My kids like HoB and then shopping at their store. :)

I have DS17, DD16, and DD's BFF that I carry to The World. They love RFC, HoB, and Coral Reef. They hate 50's PT. We had to get pizza when we left there...
